Fitness Centre
You’ll feel confident and supported in our fitness and cardio centres. At the Y we have what you need to help you reach your goals including fully stocked fitness floors, our helpful staff and an inclusive environment.
Group Classes
Group Fitness Classes are an immersive experience for all. You’ll feel motivated in a supportive and fun environment while nurturing your mind and body.
Aquatics
You’ll feel great with a wide variety of aquatics programs for all ages and stages. From swim lessons, recreational swim to small group lessons, family swim and AquaFit, the Y has all of your favourite aquatics programs.
Sports and Rec
Sports and Rec programs are a great way to strengthen our connection with one another. You’ll feel included by joining in on the fun; you’re also building strength in our communities.
